A Nation 1 Electric Svc

Spoke with Company Owner John, was quoted $98 dollars an hour for Service call and the costs of parts of the outlet ($8 per outlet)...tech Jason was here approx 30min. Replaced the one outlet. Went to his truck to do the paperwork, returned to tell me the bill was $204 dollars. I said for what? he stated " $98 for Service call plus $98 for Labor and outlet cost. Placed a call to the John-Owner of Company. John was Rude and Abrupt. He Totally double talked me advised that he told me the extra cost upon contacting him for Service. BIG LIE!!! He stated he would take $49 dollars off the bill now or is technician John would take out there replacement new outlet and put back my old non working plug back. At this point I paid Jason the $155 dollars...Very Poor deceiving Business Man . Also saw that the Owner John has been reported to the RIPOFF REPORTER SITE!!. FYI if you need an Electrician , I would look further for a more reputable, trust worthy Company.
